Rewrote the hot path in TypeScript. cold-start time dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #python
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a timezone assumption. Fix was a one-line fix. The classics never miss.

TIL: a Set is faster than an array `.includes` past ~50 items. How did I not know this.
