Flaky test finally cornered: it was a stale cache key. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise. #databases
Spent most of the afternoon chasing a bug. Root cause: a missing await. Fix was three lines. The classics never miss.
Rewrote the hot path in Rust. CI runtime dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
