Rewrote the hot path in Swift. bundle size dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #webdev
Cut bundle size nearly in half by memoizing the hot path. Measured first, then changed one thing.
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a case-sensitive path on Linux. Fix was reordering two calls. The classics never miss.
Deleted 374 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR. #python
