Shipped the migration runner today — 6 small commits, all green. Sleep well, future me.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day. #perf
Spent two hours chasing a bug. Root cause: a race between two writes. Fix was a null check. The classics never miss.
Rewrote the hot path in Go. the build time dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Deleted 360 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR. #testing
