Rewrote the hot path in Kotlin. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Cut cold-start time nearly in half by precomputing at build time. Measured first, then changed one thing.
Reviewed a PR that touched the webhook handler — left 6 comments, learned two things myself. Reviews go both ways.
