Flaky test finally cornered: it was a case-sensitive path on Linux. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a stale cache key. Fix was reordering two calls. The classics never miss.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Cut the build time nearly in half by precomputing at build time. Measured first, then changed one thing.
