Rewrote the hot path in Swift. memory usage dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was an off-by-one in the cursor. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
