Reviewed a PR that touched file uploads — left 4 comments, learned two things myself. Reviews go both ways.
Rewrote the hot path in Go. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a stale cache key. Fix was a single index. The classics never miss. #python
Cut cold-start time nearly in half by precomputing at build time. Measured first, then changed one thing.
The stack trace goes all the way down, so read all of it. Relearned this the hard way again today.
